At ODI Group, we understand society's concerns regarding potential risks of artificial intelligence and robotics development. However, we consider it important to dispel myths and provide a realistic assessment of the current state of technology.
Limitations of modern AI systems:
Our robotic platforms, including URP-Hornet and URP-Condor, represent specialized systems with clearly defined functions. Modern AI is a set of generative models trained to perform specific tasks and incapable of going beyond established boundaries.
Multi-level protection system:
- AES-256 cryptographic protection module - prevents unauthorized access and data extraction from UAV;
- hardware limitations: flight altitude, speed, autonomous operation time are strictly limited by software;
- human-machine control: all critical decisions require operator confirmation;
- self-diagnostics system: automatic anomaly detection with 99% accuracy.
Our philosophy is based on the principle "Control remains with humans." Robots perform only assigned functions and are not capable of independent strategic decision-making. Each system has a built-in "emergency switch" for complete shutdown when necessary. ODI Group adheres to international safety standards in robotics:
- compliance with GOST R 58976-2020 and Russian Ministry of Transport requirements;
- functionality limitation in accordance with system designation;
- regular security audits and software updates.
At ODI Group, we focus on developing useful, safe, and ethical technologies that complement human capabilities rather than replace them. Our goal is creating a future where technology serves humanity while ensuring maximum levels of safety and control.
